Our comprehensive Sterile Processing program offers expert training in instrument sterilization, infection control, and much more. With hybrid lectures and hands-on labs you'll be well-prepared to enter a new career in less than a year.
Sterile Processing program is designed to present the advanced concepts and principles for developing skills and competencies required for infection prevention and control in the sterile processing department in healthcare facilities like hospitals and medical centers. Upon successful completion of the program, the students will be eligible to sit for a national certification exam with CBSPD (Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution).

Graduates of our Sterile Processing program are eligible to sit for the Certified Sterile Processing Tech industry certification through the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD).

Established in 2004, MCC has four locations in Illinois: two campuses in downtown Chicago, one in Naperville, and one in Evergreen Park.
